CHANGE OF COMPULSORY BRIEFING DATE AND TENDER CLOSING DATE
1. All prospective Bidders are hereby advised that the date for a compulsory briefing session for the above-mentioned tender, originally scheduled for 30 June 2026 has been changed. The tender closing date originally scheduled for 23 July 2026 has been changed.
2. This amendment is necessitated by the planned National Strike on 30 June 2026, which may adversely affect the ability of prospective Bidders to travel safely to the designated venue, and may possibly cause a disruption throughout the whole week.
The revised dates are as follows:
Compulsory briefing session: 10 July 2026
Tender closing: 06 August 2026
3. All other terms, conditions and requirements of the tender document remain unchanged.
